I come from a long line of electricians dating back to 1914 when my great-grandfather began a career as an electrician running knob and tube wiring and providing electrical service throughout homes in Southwestern Pennsylvania. He was in the electrical business for 50+ years before retiring in 1965 at the age of 70.

My Grandfather learned the trade from his father and was an electrician in the same region for 45 years before he retired. As the times and technology changed they both stayed up to date with the latest products, standards and requirements. My father began a career in the electrical business not as an electrician but as a electrical systems technician in the Aviation field. He is still in the business today and has passed on the knowledge and integrity that he learned from his father and grandfather. The Price family tradition of electrical work has been around this long because of a passion for the business and the utmost attention to detail that keeps a loyal customer base.

Nowadays you must go to school to learn the trade, I spent two years going to class studying the ins and outs of electrical service all the while working as an apprentice for a large electrical contractor. The hands on training and classroom knowledge I attained allowed me to start my own electrical service business at the age of 20 and have been in business for 8 years.
